Kostadin supports the investment portfolio companies during operational (post-investment) stage. He helps the companies with processes reorganization and setting up, business and organizational transformation.
Kostadin has invaluable International experience with project management in software implementations across CEE, France, Germany and South Korea. Kostadin has extensive business advisory and management advisory experience in leading advisory businesses (KPMG, IBM Global Services, PwC). He was a managing partner at Baker Tilly Klitou, responsible for Bulgaria, Romania and Moldova.
Kostadin graduated from the University of West London and later acquired MSc in Economics and Strategic management from UNWE.
