Gergana Gesheva

Gergana is an expert in Fund Services, incl. valuation of non-quoted investments, fund restructurings and PE accounts.

She provides supports during Transaction valuation, Due diligence, Deal structuring, Operations and Exit stages. Previously, she was in charge of setting up and running the Fund Admin Sofia department within TMF Group.

Gergana has passed CFA Levels I-III and holds MSc in Economics from Sofia University.
